The asset of this restaurant is really its superb and large terrace which overhangs the city. The view on Trinidad is magnificent. The dishes offered are a fusion of Cuban and world cuisine, especially Chinese. Here, you choose your main dish - beef or lobster carpaccio, chicken escabeche or sea combo - and then you help yourself directly to the buffet for starters and desserts. Note that the house has more than 100 wines on the menu! As for the atmosphere, live bands play on certain evenings.

Superbe panorama de la terrasse (toit) sur la ville de Trinidad. Nous nous sommes arrêtés boire un mojito, c était surement le meilleur du sejour
