With not confusing with French Tower hotel just opposite. The double rooms are €75 for " biens" for €50 excluding breakfast, you will offer a room, clean, but which looks more like a prison cells! The " fenêtre" is a loophole (very small) and you will feel very oppressed because small size of the place. The welcome is cold. In short, avoid, the same price you can find better (see French Tower for example).
