Superb restaurant offering delicious American cuisine with Italian influences in New York City.
Ciao Gloria is a newcomer, in a neighbourhood that is definitely becoming more and more dynamic! This very bright café, with large bay windows overlooking the street, offers American cuisine with Italian influences. The dishes are rather simple, from frittata to the Sicilian sandwich or the bologna sandwich, but finely executed. Another strong point is the coffee, which is really good. There's a slightly retro atmosphere, which obviously attracts the neighbourhood hipsters (who are also behind the counter).
