Restaurant offering traditional Italian cuisine at a good value in New York City.
Noodle Pudding offers traditional Italian food that is a hit with New Yorkers. The restaurant has no website, no storefront, doesn't accept credit cards, and yet it's always packed, which is saying something about the food. The pasta dishes are great, from linguine with clams to cacio e pepe with asparagus and lamb sausage with mashed beans, all at reasonable prices. As for the atmosphere, the word cosy comes to mind, although the service is a little lacking.
