Cheap, meat-based cuisine in a restaurant with beer bar and garden in New York City.
A restaurant for high-end carnivores at affordable prices. In St. Anselm, there are only about thirty seats, hence the sometimes long wait to get a table. But don't let yourself be discouraged, especially since the restaurant shares a garden with a beer bar. The menu is as simple as it gets: a meat and a vegetable. The quality of the meat is incredible and the cooking is perfect. The bourbon-cooked pork recipe is an incredible success, both for the flames that spring from the open kitchen and for the explosive taste.
