Every year in spring, a host of stars, dressed in their most beautiful clothes of light according to a chosen theme, gather at the Metropolitan Museum. Probably the most glamorous event of the year! It is the fashion popes and editor-in-chief of Vogue Anna Wintour who organizes the Met Gala, founded in 1946. Rihanna, sisters Hadid, Diana Ross, Naomi Campbell, Cher and Kanye West are among the regulars. The most exclusive evening of the year raises funds to finance the Costume Institute of the Met, which includes nearly 30,000 costumes.
