In the Meatpacking district, this large building at the intersection of 14 th street seems empty. However, the Gaslight Lounge is inside, but curtains have been installed to preserve the privacy of this refuge. It is difficult to go unnoticed by entering, because the clientele is made up of used people, all installed at the counter. The Gaslight Lounge looks like old house haunted with its old and dépareillé furniture, its red light, the parquet covered with large carpets, a fireplace in the bottom of the room and old family portraits hanging on the walls.
