This rooftop, with a pool where splash around, offers an incredible view of southern Manhattan.

We like this rooftop for two reasons: because few tourists still know it, and because the 360-degree view of Manhattan is breathtaking, especially from the Financial District and the One World Trade Center. The best thing is to arrive around 5pm to admire the sunset and watch the skyline gradually light up. The rooftop has a swimming pool, which is not very large and in which the beautiful people who frequent the area usually just soak their manicured feet.
