L'accueil est chaleureux et efficace. Ma chambre était de bonne taille, un peu vieillotte mais très correcte pour le prix. La ventilation est très bruyante mais comme dans la plupart des hôtels américains.
Le vrai atout de cet hotel est sa localisation, très proche d'un métro et à 10 min à pied de Times square.
Le petit déjeuner est une aberration écologique : tout est sous forme individuelle et jetable. C'est particulier...
