This small, wooded and refined hotel offers a typical New York luxury with its cosy rooms and marble bathrooms.
So charming! This small, wooded and refined hotel has 140 rooms, including nine suites, with all the amenities and a marble bathroom with cosy bathrobes and toilet samples. Among the many services of the establishment: a 24-hour sports hall and a speakeasy bar, Lantern's Keep, with a very select atmosphere... Obviously, the boutique hotel has aligned itself with its prestigious neighbours, the Algonquin and the Royalton, and has nothing to envy them anymore. To indulge yourself in a typically New York luxury.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife and two children, and it was simply splendid! All the staff were friendly and helpful, not something you always expect in New York City! The location is perfect near to Times Square grand Central, and everything there is to do in Midtown. We received two free vouchers for cocktail drinks, which I thought was a typical throwaway, but we actually cashed in for legit cocktails (Try the old-fashioned). The free breakfast exceeded our expectations with grab and go options plus hot Plates to order. Overall, we were very pleased with the character and vibe of this boutique hotel. Very much added another layer to our New York experience. We are happy we booked this hotel over one of the traditional brands.

Le gros problème maintenant à notre retour c’est que nous avons eu 240€ prélevées sur notre carte bancaire et malgré nos indénombrables mail et essai de contact, aucun retour ……
Nous avons même laissé 40 dollars de pour boire en partant !!!!!
Pas de facture, pas d’explication, c’est inadmissible voire malhonnête!

But I can't. There is no ice machine. So you have to wait up to an hour for some ice.
The temp in the KING PREMIUM suites NEVER works.
The staff just yells at you and tells you to wait 30 minutes and try again.
This is my third visit, I WANT to love it, but I have to say avoid.
Now I have to live in this hell for 400.00 a night for a cot, with nothing to drink, in a room too warm to sleep.
