location of the hotel to our restaurant and theater was great. same block. very convenient. half a block off Broadway. 10 minute uber ride from the ferry (from NJ)
get in the room it's 79 degrees at 330pm.
set the thermostat to cool & 65.
get back from the show at 945pm and it's still 77 degrees.
didn't have time to really check out the amenities.
doormen and folks at the desk were great.

Great location and service, but be aware that wifi is very slow and not reliable. Since I am staying at a 1 bed room Deluxe suite, I don't have any complaints about size of rooms.

Very professional and friendly staff! They helped us a lot after our flight was delayed and we suddenly needed two additional rooms ASAP! This hotel also includes a fantastic bar on the second floor with a great selection of wines and spirits/cocktails. At 5pm they had free wine tasting with cheeses. In addition they have a wonderful restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And to top it all off it's right next to Times Square. As far as traffic, there isn't a lot of cars or foot traffic, even in the evening. Phenomenal location for tourism or professional visits for those in Manhattan.

The location was excellent for access to Times Square and all of the Broadway shows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite the weekend level activity going on outside. I was traveling alone and felt safe in my room and really enjoyed the easy access to MOMA and Central Park during the day.

AC, Elevators, and Hot water haven’t worked for 3 days. Would recommend sleeping on the street over this hotel

Great location. Walking distance to almost every attraction in midtown. Right next to all broadway theaters I can think of. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious enough for a manhattan hotel and house keeping is good too. And there’s a chance to get a little bit of the city view. The only letdown is only 2 bottled water were complimentary no matter how long you stay. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Time. Despite its very close proximity to Time’s Square, the hotel is lovely, clean, and very quiet. The staff were so helpful and kind and they were so attentive to our needs. We will 100% be back in the future.

Terrible stay in the penthouse suite. Based on the online photos, it looked to be lovely. It was not - the space was FALLING apart ...walling peeling off, the door to the terrace was broken so it was freezing cold, surfaces were sticky, the sauna in the main bathroom was broken, the couch had a cigarette burn through it, they couldn't connect music and no one was able to help us, the phone in the room was broken so we couldn't reach anyone for help. It was so gross. Do not trust the photos.

La mia recensione sarebbe da 5 stelle perché è stata una vacanza stupenda e l’hotel è davvero bellissimo, nuovo, pulito, moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli, tecnologico, posizione ottima e personale gentile. Ha pure un bellissimo ristorante e bar annesso, molto comodo se non hai voglia di uscire dall’hotel!
Una stella in meno è perché siamo andati con un’altra coppia di nostri amici e nonostante avessimo avuto la stessa prenotazione con la stessa tipologia di camera e allo stesso prezzo, i nostri amici hanno avuto la camera al piano 14 con vista sulla città, noi che abbiamo pagato uguale invece eravamo al piano 3 con vista interna sui condizionatori… non mi è sembrato corretto che due stanze cosí costino uguali. E in più abbiamo litigato con i nostri amici per decidere chi di noi si aggiudicava la stanza più bella.
Un’altra stella in meno è perché consiglio all’hotel di migliorare la colazione perché come dolce andava bene, ci sono bevande calde, cereali, brioches e marmellata; ma come salato nulla… mi aspettavo come in tutti gli hotel le uova col bacon, oppure giusto un paio di affettati di carne da poter mettere nel toast la mattina, e invece c’è solo il tostapane e i tost ma puoi spalmarci solo burro o marmellata (che sono appunto dolci), tutto il resto salato è a pagamento.
Ci ritornerei, magari assicurandomi che questa cosa delle stanze non succeda più perché ci sono rimasta molto male…

Location: Perfect for visiting NYC for holidays! It’s near the metro subway, Times Square and broadway show theatres. There’re also lots of convenient stores, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively safe since there are many of people around. The only con I could think of is the noise from the streets, which I think is unavoidable anyway due to the location of the hotel being in the centre of the city.
Room: We booked a deluxe king bedroom which was actually spacious. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the TV being behind the mirror! Also loved the quality of pillows and mattress which were soft and comfortable. There’s also a safety deposit box, iron with iron board and a hair dryer. They also provided hotel slippers, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste though so don’t forget to bring your own. In case you forget, the CVS Pharmacy is just near the hotel anyway so you could easily get one.
Staff: Very accommodating and lovely! They allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Special thanks to Naida, Janitza and Dee! You guys are awesome. :)
Overall, very happy with our stay here! It’s a good value for the money given the quality of service, the room and the location. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting New York! :)
