In the heart of Times Square, The Muse, recently restored for $ 12 million, offers comfort and creativity, as well as quality service. Most of the 200 rooms or suites are equipped with balconies that offer spectacular views of Manhattan. The rooms, decorated in black and white tones with a little baroque style, are equipped with flat-screen tvs, ultra-modern sofas to listen to music and a fast connection to the Internet. There is even a Spa that uses the products of the Occitane brand. The restaurant of Muse, the District, offers fine cuisine prepared by Chief Patricia Williams.

My daughter and I came to celebrate my birthday from Feb 28 until tomorrow March 4 and I needed to write this review before I checkout.
The entire time....
I felt safe, comfortable, and I was treated like an honored guest the entire time we were here.
From holding my luggage before the room was ready, upgrading us, bringing us fresh towels and a blanket, and hailing a cab in the rain there wasn't a single thing I needed that we didn't get.
The bathroom shower was huge! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The 9th floor was quiet and the elevators were fast as lightning! What more can you ask for this close to time square?
I can finally say I have found the hotel I will return to every time I visit NYC. Special shout out to Barbara, Alfredo, Waku & Eduardo for taking care of us even though everyone was great!
