There is no à la carte menu in this vegetarian restaurant, which offers two tasting menus with 5 and 10 courses. These vary according to the products available and the daily desires of the talented chef Amanda Cohen, dubbed, among others, by the New York Times. Spinach yarrow, tacos with Brussels sprouts, mushroom mousse, or tomato, simple and sublimated... We love it.
