Relatively rare in France, Thai restaurants are legion in New York. Zabb Elee is undoubtedly a good table to discover this kitchen. But here, no Thai or green curry like in most of the city's cheap Thai restaurants. The cuisine is inspired by traditional dishes from northern Thailand and Laos. That's why the larb menu, a salad with meat, papaya, coriander and mint, with a sour sour sauce. The menu is also a nice part of the yang, with pickled grilled meat dishes in a green lemon sauce.
