Excellent Japanese food and beer in an authentic and friendly Japanese restaurant in New York City.
A Japanese restaurant where you will have to cook yourself what you are going to order! The place is ideal for discovering other Japanese specialties than sushi... At the beginning of the meal, the waiter lights the barbecue, installed in the centre of the table, then it is up to you to order what you wish to grill. Vegetables, meat, fish, seaweed, everything is served raw with a multitude of sauces. It is accompanied by a Japanese beer or a glass of sake.
