Delicious seasonal steamed cuisine by David Bouley in a superb Japanese restaurant in Manhattan.
The realm of steam. Here the beautiful part is made at Mushimono, these dishes cooked to steam in a casserole. The tasting menu, composed of eight dishes (different depending on the seasons) and served on a large plateau composed of flowers and candles, is a pleasure for the eyes as well as for the taste buds. The decoration is absolutely magnificent. All the walls are covered with bamboo and the light yellow light was visibly worked. A real success for U.S. chef David Bouley.
