Chef Jonathan Benno is a great lover of this dish, and he takes great pleasure in constantly changing the way he cooks and season his guts. The restaurant serves quality Italian cuisine, including excellent prosciutto. You can choose between the famous melanzane alla parmigiana, pasta, roasted veal cutlet and its autumn mushrooms or the excellent salmon.
