Ribs restaurant offering good burgers and jazz concerts in Manhattan.
A great address for an evening that could not be more American. At Blue Smoke, the specialty is ribs in all forms: Texas ribs grilled with salt and pepper, Memphis style (covered with spices of all kinds) or marinated in barbecue sauce. The hamburgers, served with seasonal vegetables, are also very good. We also recommend that you try the corn muffins. Once the meal is over, go down to the basement - if you can still walk after such a meal - to listen to a jazz concert.
