Say Gotham, and informed New Yorkers will tell you that this restaurant, which opened in the mid-1980s, remains one of the most interesting in Manhattan, and that it is constantly improving in terms of culinary originality and style, hospitality and clientele. Definitely, the place looks good. And the cuisine, modern American with French influences, is always exciting, especially since the arrival behind the stove of Victoria Blamey, a young chef from Chile, promises a small culinary revolution. A beautiful place, definitely New York.
