Seasonal cuisine prepared by chef April Bloomfield in a warm gastro-pub in the heart of the West Village.
In the heart of the West Village, on the corner of a quiet and cute street, this gastro pub is certainly a favorite of New Yorkers, but it may be slightly overrated. April Bloomfield, English chef, makes dishes from seasonal ingredients: Roquefort hamburgers, fish (haddock) and homemade crackers... An enticing menu but not always up to expectations. We will go to the Spotted Pig for its eminently warm setting, to say that we have tested the address and for the atmosphere that prevails at the bar during the wait.
