Phô, bun and various dishes at reasonable prices in a Vietnamese restaurant in New York.
At Pho Viet Huong, you eat very well and the addition is not high. Beef and papaya salad is delicious, and squid cooked in salt and pepper impeccable sublime flavours. The choice of phô (Vietnamese soups), bun (rice vermicelli) and com dai (rice dishes) is rich. Superb fresh fruit juice to the shaker.
