One of the most elegant addresses in the district and in the city, opened in 1997 and managed by the famous Alsatian chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who has been awarded two stars for this establishment. The sober and classic style with its large round tables draped in white and bathed in light, contrasts with the inventiveness of the cuisine, which tactfully blends French, American and Asian influences. Don't forget the pastries! The chef also offers a 100% vegetarian tasting menu.
