Brunch and tasty cuisine prepared by chef Daniel Humm in the restaurant of the NoMad Hotel in New York.
The very trendy NoMad Hotel has a restaurant that is also unanimously acclaimed. All you have to do is walk through the hotel lobby to find it, nestled under a large glass roof that lets in natural light. The places host both business meetings on weekdays and brunches with girlfriends on weekends and, in the evening, they become the ideal setting for a romantic dinner. The food, modern and tasty, does not disappoint. The Swiss chef Daniel Humm, also at the helm of Eleven Madison Park, is responsible for this excellent address.
