A speakeasy hidden in the lobby of the Parker Meridien, which draws crowds not for its cocktails but for its burgers. The place is tiny and the tables are taken by storm as soon as they are released, proof that the secret has been leaked for a long time. This diner takes us back to the 1980s, with its wooden booths, its sizzling TV and its graffiti-covered walls. No table service here, you have to order at the counter and then cross your fingers to find a table. Payment in cash only.
