BOBO
American cuisine with French influences in a restaurant with patio and library in Manhattan.
A restaurant to discover for a great occasion. The entrance is made by a small door, and you have to cross a lit lounge to access the upper floor and the tables. The hotel's decoration is both cosy and elegant. In summer, a very pleasant and quiet patio is open. On the plate, there are dishes to the obvious French influence (the library of the restaurant leaves many of the Auguste Escoffier), with the nice salad menu and the coast of beef to the Provençal. But these are typical dishes of modern American cuisine that are the most successful, including a stunning risotto with the Coquilles shells. In dessert, let yourself be tempted by the ice chocolate bar, made home with chocolate from the French brand Valrhona.
