Modern American cuisine with French influences in a romantic restaurant in New York.
An ideal restaurant to propose to or prove your romanticism to your sweetheart! Muted light, fireplace fire, soft music, the intimate atmosphere of the place is particularly successful. On the kitchen side, we serve what is now called the "American Nouveau". They are therefore quite traditional American dishes, but prepared in a refined way and often with an obvious French influence. For example, there are the famous mac & cheese served with Gruyère cheese and truffles and chicken served with celery puree.
