Superb restaurant offering delicious Mediterranean cuisine in New York City.
Fig & Olive offers a menu with Moroccan, Basque, Italian and Greek influences. The common ingredient? Olive oil, of course, which can be found throughout the menu, from varied salads with toast, crostini and tajines, to solid paellas and salmon dishes. In terms of atmosphere, particular care has been taken in both decoration and service, both professional and relaxed. The formula works so well that two other restaurants have been created in New York. A gourmet stopover that smells like lavender and Mediterranean sunshine.
