Troquet is a friendly place with a Parisian bistro feel, offering French cuisine adapted to the American market. The stated aim of the premises is to offer residents and travellers alike a chic and relaxed space where they can enjoy a coffee, a cocktail or a red balloon for happy hour or enjoy the Chef's seasonal preparations. The products are fresh and, as much as possible, local: polenta gnocchi, homemade ratatouille, foie gras, rib-eye, ham and cheese croquette, not to mention Troquet Burger.
