After seven years of loyal service to the palates of Brooklyn, starred chef Cesar Ramirez has opened a table (awarded 3 Michelin stars) in the City, in a former delicatessen in Hell's Kitchen. A small number of would-be gourmets gather around the cooks, who are busy trying out 15 or so dishes distilled down to the last drop. The emphasis is on seafood, which is of absolute freshness and quality, of course.
