TIMES SQUARE BALL DROP

As the New Year approaches, about 1 million people gather in Times Square to watch the Ball Drop: at 11:59 p.m., the ball hanging from the mast perched on the roof of the One Times Square skyscraper drops 43 metres in 60 seconds.
