This beautiful table offers fine preparations at the crossroads of Korean cuisine and French know-how: sweet potato fritters and white kimchi soup, foie gras terrine and soy mushroom sauce, duck breast with wild rice, etc. South Korean chef Soogil Lim made his mark in reputable houses before starting his business, and it is a real pleasure to appreciate his safe actions, working with passion and kindness on quality products in the small open kitchen that surrounds the intimate dining room.
