Christophe and Evelyne know how to awaken our taste buds when it comes to charcuterie and meat. In the heart of the village, these craftsmen make us rediscover the flavours of yesteryear: pork rillettes (silver medal at the 2014 general agricultural competition), andouillettes, hams, sausages, etc. Some classics have been revisited: dry sausage with Puy lentils flavoured with verbena, or sausage cooked in a garlic broth. Needless to say, the products are local.
