CASA DEL CINE

Located in the northeast of the city, it is a historic residence that was renovated in early 2011. Nothing less than the Cortijo Romero-Balmas, which had welcomed John Lennon in 1966 for his recordings, including the famous Strawberry fields for ever, which was inspired by the Almeriac greenhouses. From now on, it allows you to follow the cinematographic past of the province of Almeria, from its origins to today, passing by its apogee: curiosities, memories, anecdotes of a place that had also welcomed Clint Eastwood and Brigitte Bardot.
