Since its foundation in 1958, this house has moved around a lot before moving into this commercial gallery. Manuel, the son, a sommelier, developed an impressive menu and a cellar for demanding customers. The dishes feature market cuisine with creative touches thanks in particular to good seafood products, known or less known fish, accompanied by vegetables from the Almeriense tierra such as stuffed turbot or tuna with ajo blanco..., and the menu also includes some meat, such as duck liver sirloin.

L'accueil de la Casa Sevilla est parfait. Sympa, souriant et attentionné. J'adore! Un resto vivement conseillé pour ceux qui viennent à Almería.
