If there is consolation (consuelo) on this street near the cathedral, it is through the good things that it works. In a framed frame of bullfighting posters, cheese portions and well-pruned meats serve as an alibi for tasting good Spanish wines. We will not forget to greet, in a cellar, a mummified ham, which is probably dating back to the early days of this small institution founded in 1888! El Gorrión (the Sparrow) welcomes you well!
