The house, initially near the Ayuntamiento, moved behind the Provincial Museum. In the programme, dishes based on mountain meat (cabri, bull…) and seafood. Regional jiennenses preparations change with Arab reminders are the backbone of a map always without false notes, although the price of questionable value is questionable.
