The establishment is renowned for its traditional regional cuisine and in particular for its papas a la pobre (prepared potatoes), migas (fried bread crumbs) or lomo de orza (marinated pork), offered in a rustic but friendly interior, with a very pleasant terrace in summer. Located 3 km from the small town, in front of the Alhama River lock, it is a must stop for the Sunday walk in the region. It is also a hotel offering two types of accommodation, in hotels or caves, as well as access to the Arab baths.
