A stone's throw from the Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral or the Alhambra, since the beginning of 2009 and after three years of work, the beautifully restored house with a patio of Beatriz, a young Franco-Spanish woman, offers you stay in a picturesque and very quiet neighbourhood with a small village atmosphere. The area has been transformed into the best into and offers small rooms with a decoration of Arab-Andalusian inspiration, all of which have equipped kitchens (practice!). From the sun terrace, with a small swimming pool for children, the view extends to the Sierra Nevada. Note, in close proximity, a th century building with its potential (typical patio, large garden, bodega…), destined to become a casa (museum house) presents some small old rooms to complete the offer.
