One of the most peaceful campsites on the outskirts of Granada with a beautiful view of the plain

Apart from the Sierra Nevada (next to the Granada bus station) and the Maria Eugenía (towards Málaga, on the freeway), this is one of the quietest campsites on the outskirts of Granada, with a beautiful view over the plain. Surrounded by olive and holm oak trees, at an altitude of 720 m, this small, first-class campsite (capacity 329 people) offers a choice of sun or shade, and is well kept.

I arrived at this site following a brief phone call at approximately 8.30pm. Myself and my friend were driving two campervans from Faro to Murcia after purchasing one of them. The site had some waste/unused area just inside the gate so we parked the small camper there (5 metres) and we both drove up to the reception area. We explained the situation to the woman on duty but she insisted we would have to pay for both campers €45 for one night without electricity. Needless to say we bid her good night and left. Her greed did not pay off on this occasion.
