Located near the Puerta de Sevilla, this beautiful, bright white and beige space features local products. For example, there are small pan-friedespinacas con garbanzos (spinach and chickpeas) oresparragos trigueros con huevo, a local vegetable served with eggs, which only grows in spring and when it has rained. But also cod, fried, a la plancha or Cadiz style, with chilli, garlic and onions. Gachas dulces - a puree of flour and milk, flavoured with honey, vanilla or cinnamon - will round off the meal.
