The Abacería Museum and Restaurant offers special traditional cuisine. It is managed by the Miro family, a gastronomic reference in the town of Carmona, whose experience since 1978 is more than sufficient to satisfy the most demanding palates. But as if that weren't enough, the grandmother Amparo brings her recipes from traditional dishes, like over forty years ago. Thus, the Abacería museum has been a place in the gastronomy of Carmona to the point of becoming the reference place for the noon aperitif or to take advantage of the best products from the land: wines and upscale products, sausages and cheeses, are part of his kitchen. The kitchen is based on tradition and excellent in terms of product quality. You can also buy local products such as oils, vegetables, jams, honey, sweets and so on.
