Perched on their tanks, they throw candy at children, during , parades, the day before the day of the gifts, on the 6th.
All the cities and towns of Spain celebrate the arrival of the Three Wise Men with a parade, cabalgata, every year, since 1918 in the case of Seville. The floats go through the streets in front of the amazed eyes of children and adults. Thousands of people attend the procession with more than 30 floats. A colorful and exceptional show. But in Seville, as elsewhere, the Three Wise Men throw sweets to the children from their floats. And it is only the next day, the 6th, that they will bring them their gifts.
