Le gros problème de l'hôtel est l'absence d'insonorisation des fenêtres des chambres donnant sur l'avenue principale très bruyante toute la soirée, toute la nuit et dès le matin, quelque soit l'étage auquel vous logez, du fait d'une circulation intense de manière permanente : de plus, les voitures redémarrent au quart de tour au feu rouge jouxtant l'hôtel ; indispensable de demander une chambre vers l'intérieur. Différents problèmes d'ascenseurs qui se sont bloqués à plusieurs reprises. Par contre, le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est bon (en rapport avec le type d'hôtel) avec café Nespresso et churros frais !
