Luxury hotel with stylish design and a unique atmosphere. The hotel has a privileged location and a wonderful view of the Giralda and the cathedral. If you don't have the chance to stay there, at least sip a drink on its panoramic terrace, because the evening, the view is simply sublime! Those who seek both luxury and modernity are in the right place. The rooms are bright and spacious with stone walls, a clean, minimalist style, a large marble bathroom, a cosy light… Each has its own décor and ambience. The hotel has four restaurants, a lounge bar, a spa, swimming pool and fitness room. But, of course, luxury has a price…

Solo fuimos a tomar unas copas en la terraza. Considero que se puede brindar una mejor atención por el precio que cobran, eso si, vistas sin despedicio

Las 5 estrellas supongo que SOLO por la ubicación. La habitación con su pésima INSONORIZACION o desperfectos en instalaciones no tanto por el uso sino por el mas que evidente escaso mantenimiento. Las amenities tampoco a la altura (pésima calidad y cantidad)… Nada de esto se corresponde a un hotel de esa categoría.
Lo de la cobertura a media tarde llamando puerta por puerta y despertando a los que nos gusta hacer siesta no es buena idea. En cuanto al staff, amabilidad (si no es repetitiva) pero insisto… lo único reseñable la giralda.
Está claro que dan más importancia a la terraza para turistas y locales que la comodidad de sus clientes.
