Luxury hotel with stylish design and a unique atmosphere. The hotel has a privileged location and a wonderful view of the Giralda and the cathedral. If you don't have the chance to stay there, at least sip a drink on its panoramic terrace, because the evening, the view is simply sublime! Those who seek both luxury and modernity are in the right place. The rooms are bright and spacious with stone walls, a clean, minimalist style, a large marble bathroom, a cosy light… Each has its own décor and ambience. The hotel has four restaurants, a lounge bar, a spa, swimming pool and fitness room. But, of course, luxury has a price…

Petit déjeuner très cher par rapport aux choix. Par trois fois, sur cinq, on a voulu nous le faire payer alors qu’il était compris.
Dîner au Al Lado oubli carrément d’un plat commandé. Excuse et proposition commercial d’un verre de vin… et une assiette de fromage.
Déjeuner du dernier jour. Plat principal immangeable car trop salé, aucune proposition mais figurait sur la note.
Nous avions un bon cadeau à utiliser dans l’hôtel pratiquement personne ne savait comment s’en servir.
Hormis la boisson, impossible de grignoter quelque chose contrairement annoncer sur le site.
En résumé pas à la hauteur d’un 5*. La déco et le design ne suffisent pas à attribuer des étoiles.
Gentillesse du personnel et effort pour échanger car la langue française n’est pas parlé dans cet hôtel contrairement annoncé sur le site internet ce qui nous a fait en partie choisir celui-ci.
