4 star quality hotel with a beautiful garden patio with rooms of great comfort with some terraces
Just a stone's throw from the Basilica of La Macarena, this quality 4-star hotel comprises a typical Sevillian building from the early 20th century and more modern annexes. Some of the walls are covered in tiles and ceramics. The hotel uses solar energy and has 64 comfortable rooms decorated in an elegant and refined classical style. They open onto a pretty rectangular garden patio with palm trees and cypresses and several terraces. You will be delighted by the small swimming pool on the roof.

Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. L'hôtel est dans une rue calme, mais à quelques minutes à pied des activités touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner à volonté est très fourni et varié.

La ubicación muy buena pero las fotos no pertenecen al sitio el hotel muy frío y parecía una pensión, el servicio muy malo ya que pedimos el parquin y estuvimos esperando a que nos lo habrían ya que el de la recepción no paraba de hablar con sus compañeros, los precios salidos de lugar ya que el parquin costaba 20 euros la noche

- Staff du restaurant (essayant de faire le "plus" pour le client)
Négatif:
- parking (vraiment trop étroit pour voiture de taille moyenne) coût 20€/jour
- Réception totalement a revoir (aucune information basique comme heure et lieu du restaurant/déjeuner)
Les réceptionniste travaille au strict minimum sans vouloir rendre le client heureux. (Perte de temps a chaque demande d'information) par exemple 30 min pour pouvoir garer et aussi retirer ma voiture.
- Chambre de même standard très différentes les unes des autres. Très bruyant au matin. Propreté ok.
(Dans mon expérience une prise murale non fonctionnel)
Conclusion:
Réception a revoir totalement. Location a 20min a pied du centre. Parking a oublier. Si vous voyagez en famille ils y a des marches pour accéder à votre chambre.
Hôtel qui ne vaut absolument pas 4 étoiles.
