Avisamos con 24h que teníamos que anular la estancia por fuerza mayor y no quisieron no cobrar la estancia, porque tienen 48h de preaviso, cuando en otras cadenas lo habitual son 24h.
Tampoco quisieron guardar el importe para una futura estancia.
