If Spain is the land of paella, Seville is not its cradle, it is Valencia. But no problem, here, in fact, the recipes of "La Paella" are those of Marta's mother, a true Valencian. On the menu: Paella valenciana, Paellade marisco (with seafood), Arroz negro (black rice with seafood, served with aïoli...) or also arroz a banda (rice cooked in a fish stock). Be careful, when it is crowded, you have to wait for the new round of paella, because everything is prepared at once. A recommended address.
