Housed in the former premises of Floreal Knitwear's historic textile factory, Nouvelle Usine has been completely renovated and redesigned to meet today's needs. The overall concept and shopping offer are well worth a visit, especially for designer boutiques like LARA (candles), which showcase the island's know-how. We love the reappropriation of the old industrial building by an eco-committed and creative ecosystem, and the great cafés and restaurants where you can have lunch among the Mauritians.
