This flagship hotel of the Attitude brand aims to showcase the life of the islanders of Mauritius (= zilwa) as a guiding principle that runs throughout: in the architecture, the furniture crafted by local artisans, the 7 restaurants serving cross-cultural cuisine, the friendly art of living, the local experiences - dinner with local people, Creole lessons... But the essentials of a good 4* are still there: 214 rooms redesigned in 2023, water and land-based activities, 3 swimming pools, POZ spa and, to get away from it all, Ti Zil and Gran Zil, the 2 private islets of the house.

Un hôtel merveilleux le service que se soit les barmans les serveurs le personnel de nettoyage enfin tout le monde est avec le sourire la nourriture est varié et les restaurants à vôtre choix un hôtel que nous recommandons vivement nous avons aimé avec la possibilité de faire des excursions magnifiques mille merci à vous Florence et Alain

Schönes Familienhotel mit vielen Kindern. Hotel ist schön, das Service super, Essen und Cocktails auch sehr gut. Leider ist drumherum nichts da, keine Stadt zum schlendern, keine Promenade und das Meer nicht zum baden oder schwimmen. Alles voll von toten Korallen und halbe Meter tief, egal wie weit man rein geht.
Für die Familien mit Kindern super, sonst leider nicht nicht so gut.

Hello Schultz,

We thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience at Zilwa Attitude.

We are glad to read your kind words regarding the facilities of our resort and the service but we regret that you left us not fully satisfied.

Concerning the sea, we have decided as much as possible to protect the environment and therefore not interfere with the lagoon depth. However, we do provide free daily snorkeling trips, so that the most active swimmers where you have enjoy the clear, deeper lagoon right in front of the hotel.

We would like to share with you our sincere apologies for this experience you did not fully enjoy. We would have really appreciated that you shared with us your dissatisfaction regarding these various points during your stay. As our guests' satisfaction is our first priority, we would have go the extra mile to make your holidays wonderful.

I sincerely hope we shall be able to regain your trust and that we will have the pleasure once again to welcome you at Zilwa Attitude.
